Executive Director for Safe Harbor and Safe Harbor's Capella
This position reports directly to the CEO/Founder of Safe Harbor. Safe Harbor and Safe Harbor's Capella is an eighty-two bed facility located in Costa Mesa, California. Safe Harbor provides a continuum of care for women with chemical dependency and trauma issues.
The Executive Director will oversee all operations and work closely with the CEO. The Executive Director will be responsible for maintaining and building census, all budgetary concerns, compliance and quality control, overseeing the therapeutic milieu and building relationships within the industry.
Candidates will have a Master's Degree in a related field, at least five years of management in a clinical, psychiatric or hospital setting and five to ten years of experience in the field of chemical dependency.

Program Director, Male Adolescent Residential Facility
Established, well-respected adolescent facility in Orange County, CA is seeking an experienced Program Director for their new male adolescent program. This position reports directly to the Clinical Director and includes carrying a case load, case management, training and supervision of clinical staff, and program management.
Candidates should have a Master's Degree, but a Bachelor's Degree in social work or social welfare will be considered. LCSW, MFT, Psy.D. or CADAAC is required. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in the field of adolescent treatment and family therapy.
Clinical Director of Michael's House in Palm Springs, California
This position provides oversight for all clinical programming, quality management, clinical training and supervision, and requires excellent management and administration skills.
Candidates must be a licensed Ph.D., Psy.D., LMFT or LCSW. This position requires five to ten years of management experience in a clinical inpatient setting. Knowledge of integrated treatment and co-occurring disorders is a must.
Foundations Recovery Network (FRN) expanding marketing team, seeking regional Business Development Representatives
These positions require maintaining and developing professional contacts including physicians, practitioners, social services, hospitals, professional organizations, etc. Candidates must be able to develop and implement strategic marketing plans, have a thorough understanding of the treatment field and the ability to manage and organize their time well. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least five years of experience in sales and marketing in behavioral health or a related field and experience with adult addiction and dual diagnosis issues.

National Director of Marketing and Intake, Southwest
This position reports directly to the Vice President of Marketing and Sales and is directly responsible for management of the marketing and intake departments for a nationally recognized drug and alcohol treatment center.
The National Director of Marketing will be responsible for growing census, increasing national presence, building the professional referent base, development and implementation of the annual marketing plan and must be available for regular travel.
Candidates will have a bachelor degree or above in a related field, have a minimum of 5 years experience in management and business development in the addictions and mental health field, as well as knowledge of the intake and admissions process. An understanding of pain management is a plus.
Candidates will be highly personable, motivated and possess excellent written, communication and leadership skills.

Regional Outreach Director for Promises Treatment Centers,
Chicago/Midwest Region
This position is responsible for stimulating growth for Elements Behavioral Health facilities, including Promises Treatment Centers. The ideal candidate must be located in Chicago or the Midwest region.
The job consists of developing and implementing a specific regional marketing plan. This entails communicating program information to treatment professionals around the region, developing synergy within the organization, and taking a leadership role in the development and implementation of marketing plans.
Candidates should have extensive marketing and sales experience in the treatment industry, proven ability to increase census, and the ability to travel on a regular basis.
