TRS Behavioral Care, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Clinical Services. TRS (The Right Step and Spirit Lodge) is the largest private provider of addiction services in Texas and is nationally accredited by the Joint Commission. Candidates must have a Masters degree in Behavioral Science or equivalent training and experience, be licensed or licensed eligible in Texas, have three years management experience in a behavioral healthcare organization and possesses a comprehensive knowledge of addiction treatment and an understanding of regulatory requirements.

Clinical Director, Hope By the Sea
An established Chemical Dependency and Dual Diagnosis adult program located in San Juan Capistrano (Orange County, CA) seeks an experienced Clinical Director to lead their team. This position offers the opportunity to fine tune a strong program, develop new systems and work with an excellent clinical staff.
Candidates must be a California licensed PhD, PsyD, MFT or LCSW with at least three years of managerial experience in a residential or hospital setting. Extensive knowledge of addiction, dual diagnosis and the 12 Steps is required. Strong case management, communication, facilitation and program development skills are a must.
This position requires the Clinical Director to carry a caseload, supervise clinicians, and oversee all clinical services including case management. Program Director, Thelma McMillen Center for Chemical Dependency Treatment at Torrance Memorial
The Thelma McMillen Center is a highly regarded, premier IOP in the South Bay area (Los Angeles, CA), serving the community for 20 years. This is a high profile and highly visible position within the community. The Program Director is responsible for all day to day operations for both the adult and adolescent programs, clinical supervision, providing outreach and training to the community.
Candidates must be licensed in CA as a Psychologist, MFT, or LCSW with a minimum of five years experience with chemical dependency and two years of management/supervisory experience. Knowledge of the 12 steps and good working relationships with treatment facilities in CA is required.
This position offers an excellent salary, great benefits and a somewhat flexible schedule. Maintaining a private practice is allowed.

Foundations Recovery Network is expanding their marketing team and is seeking a regional Business Development Representative in Atlanta. This position requires maintaining and developing professional contacts including physicians, practitioners, social services, hospitals, professional organizations, etc. Candidates must be able to develop and implement strategic marketing plans, have a thorough understanding of the treatment field and the ability to manage and organize their time well.
