  • A review of client, patient and referent satisfaction;

  • Suggestions on how to strengthen and enhance all of the above areas.

 

Intake and Admissions Department: Evaluation of the intake and admissions protocols and policies, including:

  • Intake conversion rates;
  • Intake assessment tools;
  • Phone presence of intake coordinators;
  • Follow up expectations;
  • Communication between other departments;
  • Relationships with insurance companies;
  • Cross referral relationships with other facilities;

Remote Intake Services, including:

Recruiting Services, including:

  • Continuing Care Department: Evaluate aftercare procedures and continuing care plans, including:
  • Timing of when aftercare planning begins;
  • Comprehensive nature of continuing care plans;

  • Evaluation of client compliance with continuing care plans;
  • Success rates of alumni clients;
  • Discharge procedures;
  • Client readiness for discharge;
  • Discharge criterion;
  • The development of a comprehensive, long term aftercare protocol;
  • Recommendations for alumni coordination.
