In today’s competitive market, miss a call or have a call go to voicemail and you may have lost thousands of dollars. We believe every treatment center should have a well trained intake staff, seven day a week coverage (including holidays), great follow up and a referral system that works hand in hand with the marketing staff.
Treatment Consultants is proud to offer a full service Remote Intake department serving residential treatment facilities, intensive outpatient programs and group practices. Amy Lashway, MA, LPC, NCC, former Director of Intake and Marketing Coordinator for Life Healing Center of Santa Fe, and Vice President of Treatment Consultants will manage the day to day operations of the Call Center.
We are available to answer calls, seven days per week. Our Remote Intake personnel are trained professionals and well versed in the details of each program we answer calls for. We understand the importance of customer service, the personal connections that must be made over the phone and following up with the potential client until they admit to the facility.
Each one of our Remote Intake clients is able to customize our services to their needs. We are available to take full time, evening or weekend call. If needed, we can become your complete intake department, following up every call, making appropriate referrals and working with your marketing team.
